We are seeking a highly motivated, creative Sr. Manager, Development to help fuel our expansion. They plays a critical role in strategy development, relationship management, and donor experience within Food4Education’s growing fundraising team. They will serve as a thought partner with other senior members of the Development team to identify new and innovative funding streams and support strategy development and execution.They will manage a portfolio of donors, contribute to strategy development and execution, and create a best-in-class donor experience. S/he will also be responsible for managing an associate.

They will owns the “use” and “learn” stages of our impact system. The role turns monitoring data, evaluation findings, and field intelligence into clear reports, compelling visuals, and decision-ready insights for internal leadership, program teams, donors, and external partners. The Senior Associate works closely with the rest of the Impact Team, our Communications team, our Business Insights team, and consultant designers to ensure that the story we tell is accurate, well-sourced, and actionable — and that recommendations are tracked through to adoption.

The Manager owns the day-to-day rhythm of the Impact team — leading workflow management, planning, and delivery across all four workstreams, and providing the first layer of technical and quality review before outputs reach senior leadership. The role ensures associates are well-supported, workplans are realistic and visible, dependencies are surfaced early, and OKRs are tracked transparently.
